Next Supper Project is a multi-media concert experience designed as an artistic invitation to spiritual growth. Incorporating visual and performance art, good food, and original music, Next Supper seeks to facilitate creative expression in churches, communities and campuses by asking volunteers within the community to create art and share stories along themes of spiritual formation. We seek to communicate through the arts how a daily personal relationship with Jesus can “feel” and to instill a hunger in people for deeper growth and healing.
Nate Harkness is a missionary with Worldwide Discipleship Association conducting discipleship seminars for Christian leaders throughout Africa. He is also a guitarist, singer, and songwriter who has spent the last 15 years crafting original music about our journey with Christ. From transparent conversations about doubt and failure to exultant songs about God’s faithfulness and love, Nate seeks to capture the broad emotional range of the Christian experience. His music becomes a prayer for deeper humility and growth. Nate will perform several original songs throughout the night with other talented musicians.
Several participants will be asked share stories around specific prompts through the evening. In addition, artists will be asked to create visual art pieces (painting, sculpture, collage, graphic art, etc) to display along the specified theme.

Some feedback from the show:
"It was relaxed and entertaining, while encouraging my faith. I love seeing art encouraged by the church. It made me feel like I'm part of a very special church."
"I loved the combination of faith and art. The variety of art forms was impressive. I would feel comfortable inviting non-Christian friends to an event like this."
